EVENT SCHEDULE
The Hill Country Rover Rally will take place on Friday (October 13th) to Sunday (October 15th). Below is the schedule of events for the 3-day rally at Hidden Falls Adventure Park. Please review the event schedule below.

Event Schedule

FRIDAY OCTOBER 13th
9:00 AM PARK OPENS
Check-in at Hidden Falls Adventure Park Main Office. Tell them you are attending the Hill Country Rover Rally. You will be responsible for your entry fee's.

1:00 PM - 5:00 PM SWAG BAG PICKUP
We will meet together in the Area B Pavilion to have a formal meet and greet with all Rally attendees. We will take this time to go through the events of the weekend and answer any questions that you may have.

3:00 PM ONLY GUIDED TRAIL OF THE DAY
​We will all start to line up in Area B near the Pavilion. We will begin trail runs from there.

9:00 – MIDNIGHT OPEN TRAIL RUNS (YOU MUST BE OFF THE TRAILS BY MIDNIGHT)

SATURDAY OCTOBER 14th
8:00 AM PARK OPENS

8:00 AM BREAKFAST TIME (BREAKFAST WILL BE PROVIDED)
Hill Country Rover Rally will have an onsite caterer that will be providing food, drinks, or accommodations for dinner. You are welcome to bring your own food or drinks as you see fit based on your preferences and diet

​10:00 AM 1ST GUIDED TRAIL OF THE DAY
We will all start to line up in Area B near the Pavilion. BEGINNER TRAILS WILL LINE UP IN CAMP AREA B AND INTERMEDIATE TRAILS WILL LINE UP AT PAVILION IN AREA B.

11:45 AM ALL TRAIL RUNS WILL MEET AT WILDCAT MTN/ TOWER FOR PICTURES AND ECLIPSE VIEWING (SOLAR GLASSES WILL BE PROVIDED) Solar glass can be picked up from your trail leader or at Area B Pavilion

12:30 PM LUNCHTIME (LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED AND SERVED)

3:00 PM 2ND GUIDED TRAIL OF THE DAY

6:00 PM DINNER TIME (DINNER WILL BE PROVIDED AND SERVED)

OPEN TRAILS ALL DAY SUNDAY
PARK ENTRY CLOSES AT 2 PM – PLEASE PICK UP ALL YOUR TRASH AND LEAVE YOUR CAMP AREA BETTER THAN YOU FOUND IT

Please know that food and snacks will not be provided on Sunday. You are responsible for your own meals on Sunday.
HIDDEN FALLS EVENING ARRIVAL AND LATE ARRIVAL SCHEDULE

Late arrival guest MUST call in PRIOR to closing time (Friday at 9pm. Saturday at 7pm) of the weekend you are coming. Any guest who will be planning on camping, who does not make prior arrangements, will NOT be granted access into the park. (There will be no "Day Use" riding after hours, campers only.)
(NO EXCEPTIONS) A Park Ranger will be stationed at the gate.
When calling to make a late arrival request, please be prepared to provide the following:

Full name of EVERY occupant in each vehicle.

Make, model, and license plate of ALL vehicles in group.

Payment for ALL CAMPING and PARK FEES pertaining to visit.

(Riding fees apply to the day of your arrival through the day of your departure.)

If you have rented a Bunkhouse, You MUST be here BEFORE closing to pick up Bunkhouse keys. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Gates will lock at 11:30PM. NO ADMITTANCE after 11:30PM. NO EXCEPTIONS!
*Do not wait till the last minute to call. We only have 2 phone lines. If they are busy, keep calling. If you do not reach us, you will not be allowed in at the gate.
