EVENT SCHEDULE

The Hill Country Rover Rally will take place on Friday (October 4th) to Sunday (October 6th). Below is the schedule of events for the 3-day rally at Hidden Falls Adventure Park. Please review the event schedule below.

Event Schedule

FRIDAY OCTOBER 4

 

9:00 AM PARK OPENS

 

CHECK-IN AT HIDDEN FALL ADVENTURE PARK MAIN OFFICE. TELL THEM YOU ARE ATTENDING THE HILL COUNTRY ROVER RALLY, AND GIVE THEM YOUR REGISTERED NAME TO RECEIVE THE DISCOUNTED ENTRY FEE. THEN HEAD TO AREA B (LOOK FOR THE HCRR BANNER)

 

HCRR REGISTRATION PACKETS AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP AT HCRR CABIN IN AREA B

 

9:00AM – 12:00 PM  OPEN TRAILS

 

PLEASE KNOW THAT BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DRINKS, AND SNACKS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED ON FRIDAY. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR FOOD AND DRINKS. THE PARK HAS LIMITED AVAILABILITY AT THE PARK ENTRANCE. THERE ARE MANY RESTAURANTS AND STORES IN MARBLE FALLS. BE SURE TO PLAN AHEAD.

 

6:00 PM DINNER PROVIDED IN AREA B, AT THE PAVILLION

 

 

 

 

SATURDAY OCTOBER 5

 

8:00 AM PARK OPENS: HCRR REGISTRATION PACKETS AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP AT HCRR CABIN IN AREA B

 

8:00 – 9:00 AM BREAKFAST PROVIDED AT THE PAVILION AND LINE UP FOR TRAIL RUNS

 

9:00 – 10:00 AM TRAIL PREPARATION/SAFETY COURSE BY PITTS 4X4 CO

 

10:00 AM TRAIL RUNS START (VEHICLES MUST BE IN LINE BY 10:00)

 

12:30 – 2:00 PM LUNCH PROVIDED AT PAVILION IN AREA B

 

2:15 PM LINE UP FOR TRAIL RUNS

 

2:30 – 5:00 PM GUIDED TRAIL RUNS

 

4:00 - 5:00 PM CIGARS & GUNS CLAY SHOOTING EVENT

 

6:00 – 9:00 PM DINNER AND RAFFLE AT PAVILION IN AREA B

 

9:00 – MIDNIGHT OPEN TRAIL RUNS (YOU MUST BE OFF THE TRAILS BY MIDNIGHT)

 

 

 

 

SUNDAY OCTOBER 6

 

OPEN TRAILS ALL DAY SUNDAY

 

PARK CLOSES AT 5 PM – PLEASE PICK UP ALL YOUR TRASH AND PUT OUT ALL CAMPFIRES

 

PLEASE KNOW THAT FOOD AND SNACKS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED ON SUNDAY. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN MEALS ON SUNDAY. THE PARK HAS LIMITED AVAILABILITY AT THE PARK ENTRANCE. THERE ARE MANY RESTAURANTS AND STORES IN MARBLE FALLS. BE SURE TO PLAN AHEAD.

HIDDEN FALLS EVENING ARRIVAL AND LATE ARRIVAL SCHEDULE

Late arrival guest MUST call in PRIOR to closing time (Friday at 9pm. Saturday at 7pm) of the weekend you are coming. Any guest who will be planning on camping, who does not make prior arrangements, will NOT be granted access into the park. (There will be no "Day Use" riding after hours, campers only.)

(NO EXCEPTIONS) A Park Ranger will be stationed at the gate.

 

When calling to make a late arrival request, please be prepared to provide the following:

 

  • Full name of EVERY occupant in each vehicle.

  • Make, model, and license plate of ALL vehicles in group.

  • Payment for ALL CAMPING and PARK FEES pertaining to visit.

  • (Riding fees apply to the day of your arrival through the day of your departure.)

  • If you have rented a Bunkhouse, You MUST be here BEFORE closing to pick up Bunkhouse keys. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

Gates will lock at 11:30PM. NO ADMITTANCE after 11:30PM. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

*Do not wait till the last minute to call. We only have 2 phone lines. If they are busy, keep calling. If you do not reach us, you will not be allowed in at the gate.

Hill Country Rover Rally is an annual non-profit offroad event put together independently by Land Rover enthusiasts across South and Central Texas. 

 

Our goal is to host an inexpensive Rovering event that is fun for family and friends, where Rover fanatics can enjoy offroading and comraderie in a safe and controlled environment.
