The Hill Country Rover Rally will take place on Friday (October 17th) to Sunday (October 19th). Below is the schedule of events for the 3-day rally at Hidden Falls Adventure Park. Please review the event schedule below.

FRIDAY OCTOBER 17th
9:00 AM PARK OPENS
Check-in at Hidden Falls Adventure Park Main Office. Tell them you are attending the Hill Country Rover Rally. You will be responsible for your entry fee's.
OPEN TRAILS (NO GUIDED TRAIL RUNS)
6:00PM - Sausage Wraps @ the Discount Tire tent
7:00 PARK ENTRY GATE CLOSES
9:00 – 11:30 PM OPEN TRAIL RUNS (YOU MUST BE OFF THE TRAILS BY 11:30 PM)
SATURDAY OCTOBER 18th
8:00 AM PARK OPENS
Check-in at Hidden Falls Adventure Park Main Office. Tell them you are attending the Hill Country Rover Rally. You will be responsible for your entry fee's.
9:00 AM BREAKFAST (Dunkin Donuts and Coffee)
Hill Country Rover Rally will have breakfast and coffee. You are welcome to bring your own food or drinks as you see fit based on your preferences and diet
10:00 AM 1ST GUIDED TRAIL OF THE DAY
We will all start to line up in Area B near the Pavilion. BEGINNER TRAILS WILL LINE UP IN CAMP AREA B AND INTERMEDIATE TRAILS WILL LINE UP AT PAVILION IN AREA B.
12:00 PM LUNCHTIME (Schlotzsky's Sandwiches)
Hill Country Rover Rally will be providing food, drinks, or accommodations for lunch. You are welcome to bring your own food or drinks as you see fit based on your preferences and diet.
3:00 PM 2ND GUIDED TRAIL OF THE DAY
We will all start to line up in Area B near the Pavilion. BEGINNER TRAILS WILL LINE UP IN CAMP AREA B AND INTERMEDIATE TRAILS WILL LINE UP AT PAVILION IN AREA B
5:00 PM PARK ENTRY GATE CLOSES
6:00 PM DINNER TIME (Chick-fil-a)
Hill Country Rover Rally will be providing food, drinks, or accommodations for dinner. You are welcome to bring your own food or drinks as you see fit based on your preferences and diet.
7:00 PM - 11:30 PM OPEN TRAIL RUNS (YOU MUST BE OFF THE TRAILS BY 11:30PM)
SUNDAY OCTOBER 19th
OPEN TRAILS ALL DAY SUNDAY
PARK ENTRY CLOSES AT 2 PM – PLEASE PICK UP ALL YOUR TRASH AND LEAVE YOUR CAMP AREA BETTER THAN YOU FOUND IT. PARK CLOSES AT 5:00PM
Please know that food and snacks will not be provided on Sunday. You are responsible for your own meals on Sunday.
HIDDEN FALLS EVENING ARRIVAL AND LATE ARRIVAL SCHEDULE

Late arrival guest MUST call in PRIOR to closing time (Friday at 7pm. Saturday at 5pm) of the weekend you are coming. Any guest who will be planning on camping, who does not make prior arrangements, will NOT be granted access into the park. (There will be no "Day Use" riding after hours, campers only.)
(NO EXCEPTIONS) A Park Ranger will be stationed at the gate.
When calling to make a late arrival request, please be prepared to provide the following:

Full name of EVERY occupant in each vehicle.

Make, model, and license plate of ALL vehicles in group.

Payment for ALL CAMPING and PARK FEES pertaining to visit.

(Riding fees apply to the day of your arrival through the day of your departure.)

If you have rented a Bunkhouse, You MUST be here BEFORE closing to pick up Bunkhouse keys. NO EXCEPTIONS!
